The YJRG-51A series cover tape consists of the base model YJRG-51A, the single-sided anti-static model YJRG-51-1L, and the double-sided anti-static model YJRG-51-1LS. The product delivers reliable mechanical performance, featuring a tensile strength ≥2.5kg and elongation ≥30%. This parameter combination ensures stable protective performance during both packaging and use.
Regarding thermal properties, this series offers a conventional sealing temperature range of 160-190°C, which is slightly higher than other series, while also accommodating high-speed sealing processes at 190-250°C. This characteristic enables it to meet special process requirements.
The peel force range of 30-90g is rationally designed to ensure secure sealing while maintaining rework convenience.
